Bolton Council – Furnished Properties

Bolton Council were using an access database to monitor their furnished tenancies and using AdvicePro to manage several of their other services.

They approached us – because they know how flexible our system is – to ask if it could it be adapted to capture property information and manage their furnished tenancies.

We set about a bespoke customisation using the client page to become the property page. Often, it’s about thinking outside the box when it comes to AdvicePro. All the pages can be customised, and you can add in your own custom fields on the main ‘client’ and ‘case’ pages. For example, property type; whether it is a void; visits to the property; items purchased for the property and any recharges.

The flexibility of our customisation options works well, not just for this local authority, but for all our customers.
