The contract meetings and onboarding sessions were friendly, efficient, professional and smooth. Sanja has been a constant source of support and has taken ideas and suggestions forward for us. The support team are excellent, providing rapid support to the whole team when needed.
The system allows for such extensive customisation that we have been able to shape the layout to really meet our needs. It enables a very geographically dispersed staff team to be able to record vast amounts of data that colleagues can access instantly. The additional features such as SMS integration, digital signatures, the portal and diary management enable us to handle significant volumes of customer traffic with ease. It has radically changed our client experience and the implementation of the digital e-referral module has brought us significant efficiencies for both staff and the customer.
The reporting functionality has allowed us to view, extract and manipulate significant quantities of data for internal and external reporting needs, as well as to meet our monitoring and quality requirements. That transition to a CRM for staff members who had been used to a predominantly paper and file based system was a concern for me. The team however have embraced the system and it has become the central point of our daily work activities.
Its strange to think how we used to work now without Advice Pro!
