The Standard and Custom systems suit general advice work across a wide range of subject areas. The modules have been developed to meet more particular requirements in specific areas of advice in response to specific customers’ needs in relation to different matter types. Thus, many additional screens, links and tabs are available in the modules designed to make the user experience of each practitioner working in each specific practice area simpler, more efficient and intuitive to use. This means that there will be a combination of basic system and module(s) suitable to most organisations’ needs.
